Glovinsky Center proudly provides professional mental health, speech and language, and occupational therapy in the areas in and around West Bloomfield
Michigan including Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Novi, Northville, Commerce Township and the metro Detroit area.
Lindsay has experience providing assessment and intervention for children and
adolescents who demonstrate challenges related to sensory processing, social
emotional development, and fine and gross motor skills.    She has been trained in fine
motor skill development in addition to being Handwriting Without Tears ®, Level 1
certified. Lindsay has also been trained in the Kay Toomey SOS (Sequential Oral
Sensory) picky eaters and problem feeders approach and have had additional training in
pediatric feeding and swallowing.  She is trained in Brain Gym, Love and Logic, and in
the use of visual strategies to support learning and development, and intervention
strategies for children with autism. Lindsay is also a trainer for Interactive Metronome, the
computer based technology program which has been proven to improve attention, motor
planning and timing.  She uses Integrated Listening and therapeutic taping strategies as
a modality for treatment when deemed appropriate.  In addition, she has extensive
experience with facilitating social skills groups.

She is very passionate about D.I.R.® (Developmentally Based Individual Relationship)
/Floortime™ model, based on the work of Dr. Greenspan & Dr. Wieder, and is currently
working towards earning her certificate in this model.  Lindsay participates in the
Multidisciplinary Assessment and Treatment of Autistic Children through the Glovinsky
Center for the Child and Family.  

Lindsay Buckley Ludtke graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of
Science degree in Biopsychology and a Masters of Science degree in Occupational
Therapy.
